Linda Still brings over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate fields to Valley Property, Inc. As a real estate agent, Linda is on the marketing team in Starbrooke and Harvest Glen, residential developments in Louisburg, KS. Linda’s expertise ensures buyers smooth transitions from one home to another.
Barb Still, Realtor
Barb Still’s experience includes 6 years in multi family management and 5 years in the corporate office of AMLI Residential Construction. In April 2003, Barb Still joined Valley Property, Inc. as community manager for Starbrooke Subdivision in Louisburg, KS. In 2006, she added the management of Harvest Glen Subdivision, also located in Louisburg. Her experience in the industry, along with a BSBA in marketing and management from CMSU, helped her to be over a two million dollar producer in 2003, her first full year as a realtor.
Patty Champagne, Realtor
Patty Champagne joined Valley Property, Inc. in 2005 as a newly licensed real estate agent. Patty has over 30 years experience in the accounting field including 15 years in construction. She will be marketing new homes in Starbrooke and Harvest Glen subdivisions.
