He works with the real estate professionals, developers and builders of the subdivisions which Valley Property Inc. markets to ensure the subdivisions maintain the standards of quality intended by the developers. He monitors all transactions to insure accuracy and keeping all closings on track.
Barb Still, Realtor
Barb Still’s experience includes 6 years in multi family management and 5 years in the corporate office of AMLI Residential Construction. In April 2003, Barb Still joined Valley Property, Inc. as community manager for Starbrooke Subdivision in Louisburg, KS. In 2006, she added the management of Harvest Glen Subdivision, also located in Louisburg. Her experience in the industry, along with a BSBA in marketing and management from CMSU, helped her to be over a two million dollar producer in 2003, her first full year as a realtor.
